If you have pain in the navel part, which then moves downwards and to the right side of the abdomen, then there is a high possibility that you have appendix. This pain gets more hard when you are taking deep breathes, walking, sneezing, coughing or if you touch that particular area.

The next sign is you don’t feel hungry or you feel nausea. If you constantly feel like vomiting, then also you should go and consult a doctor for it. The other symptom of appendix is that there is a change in bowel movement which includes diarrhea or you cannot pass gas.
